Rich, finely cut tea for use in making traditional Indian Chai.
Per serve: We suggest 5 grams per 12oz water.
1. In a 1 gal pitcher, dissolve 1 cup raw sugar and 2 Tbsp Masala in 1 cup of hot water, stir. Set aside.
2. In a 2nd 1 gal pitcher, brew 7oz Tea for Chai in 2L water. Stir. Steep 15 mins.
3. Strain tea into sugar mixture.
4. Top off with hot water to bring yield to 1 gal. Stir.
5. When cool, stir.
